But, there are key principles across the board. There are keys to success. And on this podcast, we focus on pulling those “keys to success” out and giving them to you on a silver platter. But it’s not just our guests. For the last 5 years, we’ve been on our own journey. We have grown our team and tripled our size! But that’s not good enough. We want more growth. Our listeners are alongside our journey. Our listeners get to hear how we apply our guest’s ideas into our business.

RJ MARTINO
I often get asked how and why I started do this podcast. The simple answer is that it’s the same reason our listeners are here. I want to grow my organziations and I want the silver bullet. I want to know what I don’t know. I have a blast talking to the guests and I want to learn!
JORDAN SMITH
Fun fact: I met RJ in a bar! We started talking about the industry, which always interested me, and I was ready to learn something new. I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and push the boundaries of what I thought I was capable of.
GRAHIM SMITH
As RJ’s mentor and business coach, I’ve taught him how to get his head out of the weeds of the day-to-day. I’ve taught him to focus ON THE BUSINESS and not IN THE BUSINESS. While RJ and Jordan try to find the silver bullet to growth, I like to find the timeless, words of wisdom.
